Third Opening Visit: June 12-13

Dave Biedenbender came up to the cabin with Andrea, Hannah, and Galen Holzhueter. Jean and Mitch and kids were also here. Dave finished installing laminate floor in new cabin, earning himself the title of "Mr. Laminate-2010". Mitch worked on plumbing issues, hot water heater in new cabin, and getting Checkmate going. Finally on Sunday, Mitch installed a new battery and the Checkmate started, earning himself the title of "Mr. Igniter-2010". Mitch, Dave, and Galen got a huge fire going on Saturday night, burning every stick, twig, and little Christmas tree in sight. The flames reached heights of 8 to 9 feet at times. Mad Gab was played by all with many huge belly laughs for the members of the group. Jean did a lot of cleaning and disinfecting. Mitch sprayed for spiders and did a very nice job. Jean shopped for a new refrigerator for the old cabin since the one in that cabin was not functioning correctly.
